A poem about an Indian He came to die like the warriors of old
One of my favourite poems Days go by
Heaven I saw the Angels cry, And heard God sigh The day I fell in love with you, Somehow it felt so true One touch, one kiss, and I knew, The one with the key was you This heaven is for us to share, By the moon and stars, I swear My love is for u to hold, Never to be taken or sold To you I hold this vow, And before I shall bowl And in our heaven we will love, Like no other in heaven above.
Bleeding Heart It's been good knowing you Crying over our lost love But you see now I know what to do And these tears I'll cry no more I've opened up and found someone new And tonight I lie with him He's taught me to rise out of my pain Shown me a new kind of love I no longer feel the hatred and shame You left bottled up inside me He's brought me in out of the rain Loved me like I've never been loved In more than words he has proven it to me His heart will always be true And I feel our love was meant to be He's told me I light up his life And my heart beggs me to see I've waited my whole life for him And you'll never break us apart You'll never take this from me You would not even know where to start He's in my soul, part of me And he's captured my bleeding heart
A Child's Cry! She closes her eyes to pray, So afraid if she should stay, Would he beat and rape her again, Oh, what does he stand to gain, By hurting her this way, What could or should she say, To make him stop this pain, Could he be so insane, As to kill her with his abuse, He has to stop his misuse, Of her poor little body so black and blue, She asks herself, "Could it be U?", As she climbs into bed she hears him coming down the hall, As he heads towards her room she stares at the wall, He walks in to do woth her as he wants, And she just stares at the ceiling as her mind taunts, Her, Tomorrow if she should survive she will go home to her mother, Should she tell and if she did not could it happen to her little brother.
